Your card details are secure
We use the STRIPE payment geteway. STRIPE is highly secure PCI-compliant, third-party payment gateway into which you enter your card details directly into it. We do not require nor do we ever see any of your sensitive bank or card information. All major credit, debit and charge cards can be used. Our prices are shown and charged in USD. After you order and pay we will make the arrangements and then send a booking confirmation typically with local service and contact details.
You will get a local contact number
The Assistants and Greeters generally use radios, not cell phones. So when we confirm your booking we will send the local supervisor and dispatch team numbers that you can all in the unlikely event of a service problem. Our own Rez and Operations team – available 24/7/365 – also uses Email, WhatsApp and emergency chat for urgent two-way communications with you or with your booker about the arrangements.
