• flight(s) & destination details;
• accompany passengers’ details and their travel document details (and in some circumstances, a copy of their travel documents);
• hotel details (depending on the nature of services booked); and
• relevant medical information (where wheelchair & other disability-related assistance is being booked by you).

We do not collect or store any customer credit card information. All such information is encrypted at the point of entry online and passed directly to our payment gateway provider.

Cookies & Automatically Collected Information

We may collect technical information when you use our website, such as your browser type, device ID, IP address, which pages you view, the length of time you remain on a page etc.

We use cookies and similar technologies (including third-party analytics such as Google Analytics) to collect the above types of technical information for the following purposes:

How Long We Retain Your Personal Data For

We will retain your personal data only for as long as needed for service fulfilment, internal record-keeping and audit purposes, legal and compliance reasons, whichever is the longer period.

• request a copy of your personal data stored with us;

All such requests are to be made via email to privacy@asiafasttrack.com, other than withdrawal of consent to receiving further marketing or promotional material from us, which can be withdrawn by “unsubscribing” from the mailing list.

We will attend to all such requests as soon as we reasonably can, but if for any reason, we are not able to complete our full response to your request within 30-days of our receipt of such request, we will inform you of the same within the 30-day period.
